Encoding issues in google calendar

I created a little calendar using your rical. Sadly that calendar has problems when imported in the google calendar.
The url is this:
That file is in utf-8 with German Umlauts (e.g. Köln) and in Google Calendar those Utf-8 characters are destroyed.
How do I fix this?
